配料

制作奶油冻

  • 1 罐甜炼乳
  • 1 3/4 杯全脂牛奶(用炼乳罐测量牛奶量)
  • 3 个蛋黄
  • 1 汤匙玉米淀粉 + 1/2 杯牛奶溶解
  • 1 茶匙香草精,或根据口味添加更多香草精

制作水果酱

  • 2 杯时令水果 - 这次我用了草莓、蓝莓、覆盆子和樱桃
  • 1/3 至 1/2 杯糖,视水果的甜度而定
  • 2 汤匙水
  • 新鲜水果

  1. 奶油蛋糕
