对我来说幸运的是,这道土豆拉猪肉砂锅的主料是最近在好朋友农场聚会上吃到的拉猪肉。

对我来说,任何砂锅菜都等同于舒适食品,但如果在拉猪肉上再加一层土豆泥和奶酪,就不难理解为什么这道菜是终极舒适食品了。

首先用盐水煮一些红皮土豆。 无需去皮,我只需将它们连皮捣碎,这样就能为菜肴增添一些色彩(和纤维)。 在烹饪土豆的同时,我把培根放在烤盘上,在烤箱中以 350º 的温度烤了大约 15 分钟。 如果您从未烤过培根,不妨一试。
