  • 2 杯鸡汤
  • 2 汤匙中筋面粉
  • 2 汤匙番茄酱
  • 2 汤匙柠檬汁
  • 1 1/2 茶匙孜然粉
  • 1 1/2 茶匙姜末
  • 1 茶匙大蒜盐
  • 1 茶匙肉桂粉
  • 3/4 茶匙黑胡椒碎
  • 4 杯煮熟的粗麦粉
  • 香菜或欧芹作为点缀
  • 1 杯酸奶油作为装饰

说明

  1. 将鸡肉、胡萝卜、洋葱、葡萄干和梨蜜饯(或杏子)放入 6 夸脱的慢炖锅中。
  2. 在碗中加入肉汤、面粉、番茄酱、柠檬汁和香料,搅拌均匀后浇在炖锅中的混合物上。
