配料

  • 1 个菠萝,去皮,横切成 1/2英寸的薄片(罐装也可以)。
  • 4 汤匙橄榄油
  • 1/4 杯切碎的白洋葱
  • 1/4 杯剁碎的红甜椒
  • 1/4 杯葡萄酒醋
  • 2 汤匙酸橙汁
  • 1 汤匙切碎的新鲜香菜叶
  • 1 1/2 茶匙蒜蓉
  • 1/2 茶匙犹太盐
  • 4 块(6 盎司)金枪鱼牛排
  • 1 汤匙埃默里尔香精
  • 新鲜香菜枝,用于点缀
