无麸质蔬菜沙拉卷配越南蘸酱

将酱油和姜末混合,用作蘸酱。 注意:酱油不含麸质。

  • 2 个小黄灯笼椒 - 切成火柴棍状
  • 2 个小橙椒 - 切成火柴棍状
  • 2 杯胡萝卜丝(我买了胡萝卜丝,以节省准备工作。)
  • 半头红卷心菜 - 切成薄片

蘸酱

  • 1/2 杯生抽
  • 1 茶匙切碎的新鲜生姜
