羽衣甘蓝、葱和帕尔马干酪与藜芦和红葡萄酒混合制成的菠萝蘑菇馅

配料

  • 2 个波特贝罗蘑菇,去蒂,刮掉褐色菌褶
  • 6 片羽衣甘蓝叶,切丝
  • 2 个香葱,切成细丝
  • 4 个金针菇,切丁
  • 4 瓣大蒜,切丁
  • 1/4个红辣椒,切碎
  • 2/3 c 素食帕尔马干酪,磨成细末(素食者使用大雅干酪)
  • 2/3 c 准备好的藜麦
  • 泼红酒
  • 2 茶匙第戎芥末
  • 4 汤匙橄榄油
  • 2 汤匙香醋
  • 新鲜欧芹点缀

说明

  1. 将芥末、橄榄油和香醋混合在一起,在蘑菇上刷上混合物,然后放入塑料袋中腌制至少一小时。
